Understanding. Empathy. Respect. They're at the heart of delivering care the Audley way.

These are the qualities we look for in all of our Carers, whether they're experienced managers, or taking a role in the sector for the very first time. We take great pride in the way we help people maintain their independence in their own home. Our Care teams work within a separate specialist business, providing care across our Audley villages as well as out in the local community.

We believe that being a Carer is exceptionally rewarding and an incredibly important role that provides job satisfaction – great carers love to be empowered to enhance people's lives.

Through the Audley Academy, we fund all of our Care teams to work towards their QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care. If you want to learn more, you can then build specialist skills in areas such as supporting those with diabetes, or end-of-life care. You can even work towards a degree.

As part of a growing and inspiring team, you'll also have the chance to gain experience and even a promotion as your skills and experience grows.

Rewarding your skills

At Audley, our commitment to you is to accompany a competitive salary with some great benefits that include a pension scheme with up to 5% contribution, mileage allowance, a smart and professional uniform, healthcare cash plan, retail discount schemes, incentives and job satisfaction.
