Our Care teams work within a separate specialist business, providing care across our Audley villages as well as out in the local community.

Through the Audley Academy, we fund all of our Care teams to work towards their QCF level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care. If you want to learn more, you can then build specialist skills in areas such as supporting those with diabetes, or end-of-life care. You can even work towards a degree.

As part of a growing and inspiring team, you'll also have the chance to gain experience and even a promotion as your skills and experience grows.

Personal Care Assistants

Our Personal Care Assistants are special people. They help keep our customers safe, comfortable and well-cared for, so they can continue living in the homes they love. Every customer is different, and you'll deliver person-centred care the Audley way.

You may already be a professional Carer; perhaps you've cared for a relative. Or you might be someone with the empathy, respect and warm nature we look for, who wants a more rewarding career. With the training you'll get from the Audley Academy, and the support your team will provide, there'll be no stopping you. Many of our Personal Care Assistants have gone on to develop their careers with us, moving into Supervisor and Co-ordinator roles.

Car ownership is ideal but not essential to be able to fulfill the role; there is a variety of customers who can be cared for by non drivers.

Quality Care Supervisors

From inspiring others to delivering care yourself, you'll make sure things are done the Audley way. You'll help oversee our customer base lending a hand with everything from coaching and training our Senior and Personal Care Assistants, to ensure their work meets both the CQC standards – and those of our customers! Thanks to the top-notch level of care we provide, our Care teams are growing. And, because we believe in investing in our people's training, and promoting from within, the world's your oyster when it comes to career development.

At Audley, we take real pride in providing a level of care that really exceeds our customers' expectations. A great listener and brilliant communicator, you'll bond with our care team quickly, and always be ready to take on challenges and raise standards. On a practical note, you'll also need to be a driver with access to a car, and have good IT literacy skills.

Senior Personal Assistants

As a mentor and supervisor to our Personal Assistants, you'll be at the heart of keeping standards high. From working with our Trainers to ensure everyone has all the skills they need, coaching and supporting e-learning you'll create tight-knit teams who care the Audley way. As well as providing a high level of domiciliary care, you can take real pride in yourself, and you'll also have lots of chances to learn and develop others.

Ideally, you may have some experience of care, but more importantly you can relate to a small team, and working alongside them will be the key to your success.

We will require you to be qualified or undertake QCF level 3. You'll also need to be a driver and good IT skills are essential.

Quality Care Coordinators

Depending on which of our Audley care branches you may work in, you'll take charge of the rostering of a minimum of 20 Personal Care Assistants. It's a logistical puzzle to make sure that our customers get the very best, that's the Audley way. Our customers love a familiar face, week in week out, a responsive service that changes with their needs, and a level of care that will not only be rated outstanding by the CQC, but by each and every person we support. In return, you'll have the chance to develop your career in an innovative care company that's growing swiftly, and believes in nurturing its talent.

To joins us, you'll need to have plenty of experience working in an office that delivers domiciliary care, and you'll need strong IT skills. A good knowledge of the local area will also help as this will assist greatly in making our schedules efficient and manageable.
