Warmth. Empathy. Respect. They are at the heart of delivering care the 'Audley way'.

And they’re the qualities we look for in all of our Carers, whether they're experienced managers, or taking a role in the sector for the very first time. At Audley Care, we’re proud of the way we’re enriching people’s lives. How? By helping people maintain their independence in their own home, and delivering exceptional care that’s best in class. Join us in this separate specialist business within the Audley Group, and you’ll provide truly caring support out in the local community as well as across our Audley Villages.

#Respect4carers

We believe that enhancing people’s lives by being a Carer is an immensely satisfying – and vitally important – career. We’ll empower you to do an exceptional job through our Audley Academy, where we fund all of our Care teams to achieve their QCF level 2 diploma in Care. If you want to learn more, we can also support you through your QCF levels 3, 4 and 5, and help you to build specialist skills in areas such as end-of-life care, or supporting those with diabetes or dementia.

As part of a growing and inspiring team, you'll also have the chance to gain experience and even a promotion as your skills and expertise grow. What’s more, through our Audley Academy, you can also choose to develop your career in a number of directions through Audley Villages and the wider Audley Group. It’s all about respecting your skills and your choices.

Rewarding your skills

At Audley Care, we’re committed to providing you with a competitive salary and great benefits for the wonderful work you do. These include a pension scheme with 5% company contribution, mileage allowance, a smart and professional uniform, healthcare cash plan, retail discount schemes, incentives and above all, real job satisfaction. With all our care branches rated as ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by CQC, you can take real pride in the work that you do.

Where will you deliver exceptional service?

Personal Care Assistants

Our Personal Care Assistants are special people. They are at the forefront when it comes to providing exceptional customer service – and they take great pride in doing so. Every day, they enrich lives – delivering person-centred care that means customers feel safe and supported, and can continue living in the homes they love. It’s ‘the Audley way’.

You may already be a professional Carer; perhaps you've cared for a relative. Or you might be someone with the empathy, respect and warm nature we look for, who wants a more rewarding career. With the training you'll get from the Audley Academy, and the support your team will provide, there are lots of opportunities to develop. Many of our Personal Care Assistants have gone on to develop their careers with us, moving into senior care roles or even into other teams in the Audley Village or wider Group.

The majority of our roles require you to be a driver with access to your own car, but there are occasional opportunities for non-drivers.

As well as providing domiciliary care you can take real pride in yourself, you'll also have lots of chances to teach and develop others to work to the same high level.

You will have experience in care, but more important will be your ability to relate to a small team and work closely alongside them. In fact, it will be key to your success.

We’ll need you to either be qualified at QCF Level 3, or be ready to undertake the qualification (for which we’ll cover all costs). Experience as a Carer is also essential, as are good communication and IT skills, which you’ll need for record keeping. Finally, you'll need to be a driver with access to a car.
