Our restaurants and bistros are based in beautiful locations (often converted heritage buildings) and run by talented Head Chefs. Our Blandy’s of Inglewood restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette, whilst Whittle’s at Binswood won ‘Best Venue’ in the ‘Ladies First Business Awards’.

Your leadership will help ensure that all of the owners who live in the Village you manage – as well as all of the customers who visit it – have a truly enriching experience. You’ll take pride in making sure your team delivers the finest cuisine and the most luxurious spa services, as well as maintaining the beautiful facilities and grounds to the highest standards. Above all, you’ll help produce a warm, caring atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.
This role will give you lots of autonomy, as you look to develop the success of your Village within a unique brand that’s growing rapidly. With such demand for the lifestyle our Villages provide, there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your career with us, too. From recruiting and training a team of up to 50 people to managing operations and budget, driving new business to taking control of Health and Safety, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll have experience in Operations, Food or Leisure club management in a high-end hospitality environment. You combine a commitment to the very highest standards, with impressive organisational ability, and the entrepreneurial flair that will allow you to grow your business. Grounds and Maintenance
The Facilities team are a critical for the success of any of our villages, effective facilities management provides a safe and efficient working and living environment, which is essential to the performance of the village and the lifestyle of our owners.
Our Gardeners are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of grounds maintenance and development is provided to the village and owners. The focus is on providing an efficient and effective gardening service and ensuring the aesthetics of the village are maintained.
