For those starting out in their careers, there are also apprenticeship opportunities to be had. Whatever stage you’re at in your career you'll be able to develop your own reputation – and that of our restaurants.

Our restaurants and bistros are based in beautiful locations (often converted heritage buildings) and run by talented Head Chefs. Our Blandy’s of Inglewood restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette, whilst Whittle’s at Binswood won ‘Best Venue’ in the ‘Ladies First Business Awards’.

From a three-course meal with fine wine to the simplest omelette, the crispiest fish and chips to a stunning afternoon tea with champagne, the food we create at Audley Villages is always done to perfection – and exactly what our customers and owners want. Our kitchen teams all work independently under the leadership of their Head Chef, to create innovative menus that change with the seasons and delight our customers all year round.

Top-end restaurants, bistros and bars, luxury health clubs, beautiful libraries and lounges can be found within all of our villages. We provide the same high level of services and facilities you'd expect in a top-rated country hotel or an award-winning restaurant. Of course, all of these facilities are complemented by an impeccable, warm service from our hospitality team. As well as building a rapport with our owners, their friends and family, you'll also provide a warm welcome to customers who come to our villages to enjoy wonderful food, beautiful surroundings and great service. You’ll have the chance to take on a varied range of hospitality roles – and even develop your career in other teams across the Audley Group.

Then there are roles on reception, building a rapport with owners and being a mine of information for all our visitors. Or you could join our maintenance and grounds teams, keeping everything in apple pie order, from the landscaped park and gardens, to the beautifully appointed apartments.

So successful is the model that we've created at Audley Villages, that we already have fourteen villages open, and five more in the construction or planning stage. We aim to open many more.

We've won award after award for the innovation and quality of our properties, including being a ‘WhatHouse?’ Gold Winner seven times since 2010, in categories from Best Retirement Development to Best Interior Design. What's more, our Sales team has been gaining its own accolades. Up against the likes of Yell, Virgin and SSE, we gained second place in the BESMA Sales Team of the Year, and Sales Director of the Year awards 2016.

This is a sales role where you'll be selling not just a property, but also a type of retirement that can offer people a whole new lease of life. It's a long-term career prospect, because we resell apartments when they become available, and look to create satellite sites around our villages. We'll help you develop, too, with sales training throughout your career, including a management development programme through our Audley Academy.

Your leadership will help ensure that all of the owners who live in the Village you manage – as well as all of the customers who visit it – have a truly enriching experience. You’ll take pride in making sure your team delivers the finest cuisine and the most luxurious spa services, as well as maintaining the beautiful facilities and grounds to the highest standards. Above all, you’ll help produce a warm, caring atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.

This role will give you lots of autonomy, as you look to develop the success of your Village within a unique brand that’s growing rapidly. With such demand for the lifestyle our Villages provide, there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your career with us, too. From recruiting and training a team of up to 50 people to managing operations and budget, driving new business to taking control of Health and Safety, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork.

You’ll have experience in Operations, Food or Leisure club management in a high-end hospitality environment. You combine a commitment to the very highest standards, with impressive organisational ability, and the entrepreneurial flair that will allow you to grow your business. Above all, you’ll have empathy with, and a truly personal commitment to, our owners.

The Facilities team are a critical for the success of any of our villages, effective facilities management provides a safe and efficient working and living environment, which is essential to the performance of the village and the lifestyle of our owners.

Our Gardeners are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of grounds maintenance and development is provided to the village and owners. The focus is on providing an efficient and effective gardening service and ensuring the aesthetics of the village are maintained. You’ll take pride in your work by paying particular attention to the detail for our owners who expect a high level of service as well as having the opportunity to be involved in the development of the village grounds.
