The skills you'll need
To join us when our first villages open, you'll need to have exceptionally high standards, and take real pride in all that you do. You'll also have a strong desire to learn and develop. We want to create a friendly, neighbourly atmosphere at all of our villages, so we're also looking for people who are great at building a rapport with others and have warm personalities themselves.

Our kitchen teams will all work independently, under the leadership of their Head Chef, to craft creative menus from the freshest seasonal ingredients. The Mayfield Villages offering is an exciting prospect. Following the success of Audley Villages (14 villages in operation, 5 more in the pipeline) we wanted to develop a new high-quality brand for the mid-market customer – some 4.5 million people in the UK. Mayfield Villages is that brand, and the potential scale for expansion on a national level is huge.
We’re already developing our first site in Watford, with 255 apartments, as well as a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, bar and bistro, fitness rooms and spa, and we anticipate rapid growth in village development over the next few years.
This is a sales role where you'll be selling not just a property, but also a type of retirement that can offer people a whole new lease of life. It's a long-term career prospect, because we develop our sites in phases, and resell apartments when they become available. We'll help you develop, too, with sales training throughout your career, including a management development programme.
