Where will you deliver exceptional service?

Land Acquisition & Planning

Join Audley Group, and you'll be involved in the acquisition and planning for our award-winning village developments (we won the WhatHouse? Best Retirement Development Gold award in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2018). We already have 14 operational villages, five under construction or in the planning stage. Now we have two very distinct brands – Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages – appealing to the high-end, luxury market, and the contemporary mid-market respectively, so there are even more opportunities for growth.

With hundreds of millions in investment on hand, and plans to create thousands of new units, our Land Acquisition and Planning team will be very busy. What's more, these are complex and interesting developments, sometimes based around heritage building conversions, and encompassing extensive new builds. This is a very exciting place to be – both in terms of the quality of the developments you'll be involved in, and our rapid growth plans. We are also keen to keep our 100% planning pass rate too so... no pressure!

HR & Admin

At Audley Group, we already have a workforce of 800 people. Furthermore, through our rapidly expanding Audley Village, Audley Care and Mayfield Village businesses, we’ll be growing this number even further. Our HR team are at the centre of this expansion, ensuring that we attract the very highest calibre of people in the most varied range of roles, from land acquisition to hospitality, central support to our Care teams.

Sales and Marketing

Retirement Villages are a relatively new sector in the UK. Yet research shows that there’s a big demand for alternative retirement lifestyle options, with 48% of over 65s in the UK saying they are interested in downsizing. All of which means there is huge potential for growth in our groundbreaking Village network – and a big job to be done explaining our life-enhancing offering to our target audience.

It’s our role to develop strong, distinct brands for both Audley and Mayfield Villages, as well as the restaurants and care branches that are linked to them. Using detailed research and data-analysis as well as imaginative cross-channel marketing plans, we take real pride in promoting the aspirational lifestyles our Villages offer.

Working within our close-knit central Marketing team, you’ll liaise closely with our sales and operations professionals all across the country to help guide customers from their initial engagement with Audley to their final decision to join us. You’ll see how the work you do directly impacts on the sales figures of apartments and houses in our Villages, as well as on restaurant bookings, club memberships and care revenue. But best of all, you’ll be key to spreading the word about a whole new type of retirement lifestyle – enriching lives in the process.
