Where will you deliver exceptional service?

Land Acquisition & Planning

Join Audley, and you'll be involved in the acquisition and planning for our award-winning village developments (we won the WhatHouse? Best Retirement Development Gold award in 2012, 2013 and 2014). We already have seven completed villages, three under construction and two in the planning stage. Now our goal is to open at least two new village sites every year for the next five years – more than doubling our portfolio. With investment of £600 million to create 2,000 new units, our Land Acquisition and Planning team will be very busy.

What's more, these are complex and interesting developments, often based round heritage building conversions, and encompassing extensive new builds (and a new brand!). This is a very exciting place to be – both in terms of the quality of the developments you'll be involved in, and our rapid growth plans. We are also keen to keep our 100% planning pass rate too so… no pressure!

Our turnover has grown rapidly in the last 5 years up from £4.2 million in 2009 to £42.9 million in 2015. In 2016, it's forecast to reach £100 million.

Over the next five years, we plan to leverage funds to invest a total £600 million and develop more than 2,000 new units. What's more, we also plan to secure our path to a listing on the stock exchange. In addition, of course, we are also operating seven highly successful villages (with three more already under construction) in a business with over 425 people.
